Floors and foundations
The apartments' floor consists in a basic layer, made of soundproof material. The following layer is a floor mixture laid in semi-dry state. The entire laserleveled structure constitutes an ideal basis for laying oak wooden and ceramic tiles.


Windows
Apartments’ windows have aluminum profiles. Large windows are lined with metal railings allowing horizontal opening and are manufactured by the renowned Schüco company. Multiple-pane windows have 1.1 heat transmission factor (‘warm pane). Panes consist of two 4 mm layers of glass filed with argon gas.

Apartment entrance doors
Anti-burglary entrance doors with double metal plate and wood or laminate finishing are installed in each apartment.

Balconies and terraces
Balcony and terrace floors are covered with ceramic tiles resistant to low temperatures. The 1.2 meter high safety barriers are made of inox to ensure maximum anti-corrosion protection. All balconies and terraces are illuminated by external lamps that can be turned on from the inside of apartments.
